- Mrs. Moreland was the daughter of the late Clyde H. and Chelsia Mae Taylor White. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert H. (Bob) Moreland, Oct. 7, 1999, and a brother, Roy White.
Mrs. Moreland was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church, Elizabethton and a former member of Moore's Chapel Free Will Baptist Church. She was a homemaker.
Funeral services for Barbara W. Moreland, 74, were conducted at 8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 26, 2003 at Tetrick Funeral Home, Chapel of Peace.
The graveside service was conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 27, 2003 at Happy Valley Memorial Park.
