- ELIZABETHTON — Diane Lynn DeLoach, 58, Elizabethton, went home to be with her Lord Wednesday, October 2, 2013, at her residence with her family by her side. She was a native of Richwood, West Virginia, and had lived in Elizabethton for the past 39 years. She was an employee of Crown Laboratories, Johnson City. Diane was a member of the Valley Forge Free Will Baptist Church and the young at Heart Sunday School Class. Survivors include her husband of 32 years: Kenneth M. DeLoach; A Daughter: Shanna Roark, Telford; Two Step-Children: Bryan DeLoach and wife, Dawn, Gray, and Donna DeLoach, Elizabethton; Her Parents: Virgil "Buck" and Helen Blankenship Weese, Johnson City; Three Sisters: Lou Ann Bennett and husband, Calvin, Jonesborough, Kimberly Hayes, Jonesborough, and Mari Campbell and husband, Chris, Indian Rocks Beach, Florida; Two Brothers: Richard Weese and wife, Sara, Greeneville, Tn., and Gary Weese and wife, Carla, Jonesborough; Five Grandchildren: Gavin Roark, Gage DeLoach, Lola DeLoach, Harleigh DeLoach and Kendal DeLoach; Several Nieces & Nephews; Her Brothers & sisters-in-law: Victor & Judy DeLoach, Elizabethton, Dorothy & Dennis Cooper, Athens, Tenn., and Juanita & David Hicks, Johnson City. A Service to Celebrate the life of Diane DeLoach will be conducted at 7 p.m. Sunday, October 6, 2013, in the Valley Forge Free Will Baptist Church with the Rev. Randy Johnson and Rev. Mark Potter officiating. The Eulogy will be given by Jackie Matheson. Graveside Service and Interment will be at 11 a.m. Monday, October 7, 2013, in Happy Valley Memorial Park. Music will be provided by The Praise Choir of the church, Jim Matheson, Teresa McKinney, Rusty Pippin, Robin Montgomery and Loren Harris. Active Pallbearers, who are requested to assemble at the Valley Forge Free Will Baptist Church at 6:50 p.m. Sunday and also at Memorial Funeral Chapel at 10:20 a.m. Monday, will be: Jerrod Bennett, Spenser Weese, Kyle Weese, Seth Weese, Bryan DeLoach, Vic DeLoach, Joseph Taylor, Stacy Whitson and Russell Cooper. Honorary pallbearers will be: The Young at Heart Sunday School Class, Richard "Dick" Fair, Adam Reeser, Ken Nave and other neighbors. To those who prefer memorials may be made in memory of Diane to the Young at Heart Sunday School Class, ? Valley Forge Free Will Baptist Church, 1503 Riverview Road, Elizabethton, Tenn. 37643. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday in the Valley Forge Free Will Baptist Church. Friends may also visit with the family at her residence. Family and friends will assemble at the funeral home at 10:20 a.m. Monday to go to the cemetery.
