- Frances Louise "Tuddie" Arnold Rutherford, age 83, of Bristol, TN went to be the Lord on Thursday, June 28, 2012 at her residence. She was born March 18, 1929 in Bristol, TN a daughter of the late Charlie and Maggie Arnold. She was preceded in death by her husband Walter Lee Rutherford, daughter Phyllis Woods, sisters Ora Pat Arnold, Gladys Epperson, Goldie Mayo, Ruby Arnold, brothers Claude "Puge" Arnold, Clint Arnold and Ray Arnold.
She is survived by:
Children: Sharon Leonard and husband Dean
Grandchildren: Randy Leonard and wife Amy, Tammy Grady and husband Mike, Melissa Fouch and husband Greg.
Great-Grandchildren: Brandon Kincer, Amanda Fouch, Brianna Leonard, McKenzie Grady, MaKayla Grady, Isabella Leonard and Jaxson Leonard
Great-Great-Grandson: Keegun Fouch
Son-in-law: Gary Woods

The funeral service for Mrs. Rutherford will be held at 8:30 p.m., Saturday, June 30, 2012 in Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Rowlette and Rev. Chuck Stout officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service, from 6:30 to 8:15 p.m. The committal service will be at 4:00 p.m., Sunday, July 1, 2012 in Potter Cemetery, Denton Valley Road.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Peggy Stout, Joann Quales, Betty Stewart, Doris Phillips and all our friends and family. The family would like to say a special thanks to Dr. David Thompson for years of great care and the nurses at Wellmont Hospice for their care and support.
