- ELIZABETHTON — Lloyd Keith Deloach, 42, 111 Chapel Drive, Elizabethton, died Saturday, July 16, 2005, in the Johnson City Medical Center as the result of a motorcycle accident.
A native of Carter County, he was a son of Lloyd G. Deloach, Elizabethton, and the late Frances Marie Grindstaff Deloach, who died on April 19, 2003. He was a graduate of Hampton High School.
Mr. Deloach was an employee of American Water Heater, Johnson City, for the past 10 years. He attended Charity Hill Free Will Baptist Church. He was an avid fisherman and hunter.
Survivors, in addition to his father, include a son, Michael A. Deloach, Elizabethton; a sister and brother-in-law, Lori Ann and Ronnie Yelton, Elizabethton; a brother and sister-in-law, Jeffery and Maxine Deloach, Elizabethton; five nieces and nephews; two great-nieces; several uncles, aunts and cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 8 p.m. Monday in Memorial Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Jerry Emert officiating. Graveside services and Interment will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 19, 2005, in the Deloach Family Cemetery. The Gospel Travelers Trio will provide the music.
Active Pallbearers, who are requested to assemble at the cemetery at 10:50 a.m. Tuesday, will be: Ronnie Yelton, Eddie Baird, Gary Clemons, Wesley Largent, Troy Campbell, Ed Lance, Charles Deloach and Eddie Lance Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be: Robin Loveless, Micky Loveless, Jason Russell, Blaine Hyder, his friends at American Water Heater, friends and neighbors.
