- Kezia Nicholson, daughter of Wright and Frances DeLoach Nicholson was born
June 29 1767 and married 1st John McDowell by whom she had one son. John
disappeared one evening in late 1789 or early 1790, while taking a walk
after dinner and was never seen or heard of since. After waiting a long
time hoping for his return, Kezia Nicholson McDowell married on Jan 26,
1796 to Robert Wilson. In 1816, after the birth of 7 Wilson children, Kezia
and Robert Wilson and several of their children moved to Madison County, Alabama.
