- OSCAR SHULL, 54, of 3017 Sumner Ave., Hoquiam, Wash., died Feb. 10, at a hospital there. He had been ill since October.
A native of Neva, he went to Washington 27 years ago, and was employed at a plywood plant for a number of years. He was a member of the Aberdeen Eagles lodge and the Plywood union.
He is survived by his wife, Polly Stout Shull; two daughters, Mrs. Don Bell, Central Park, Wash. and Mrs. Ordell Ellefson of Aberdeen, Wash., and five grandchildren; three brothers, W. H. of Springfield, Ore., Roby of Neva, and Charles of Virginina; five sisters, Mrs. W. F. Fritts, Mrs. N. C. Parsons, Mrs. Lillie Grandstaff and Mrs. J. R. Hicks, all of Tennessee, and Mrs. W. A. Kasman of Norfolk, Va.
The funeral was held Feb. 12 at Elerding Chapel in the Washington city, with Rev. Newt Rasor officiating. Interment was in Fern Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers were George Fritts, Wiley Fritts, Charley Logan and Vallie Mink.
