Know all men by there presents that we Kinchen Barnes, Ruffin Deloach -
our heirs (2 symbols-visavis) are jointly & seperally held & firmly bond under
his Excellency John Seveir esq. Governor of said State or the successors in
office in the penal sum of Twelve hundred & fifty dollars, to be void on
condition that there be no lawful objection why Kinchen Barnes & Elisabeth
Braswell may not be joined together as man & wife in the holy estate of
matrimony witness our hands & seals this 22 day of July Anno Domini

To divorce certain persons therin named...the bonds of matrimony are hereby dissolved...
Barnes from Barnes: and that Kinchen Barnes, be divorced from his wife, Elizabeth Barnes, in pursuance of a decree of the Chancery Court, made at the May term thereof, 1845, in the county of Blount.
