MRS. MARY OWENS
Mrs. Mary Owens, 82, of Route 5, Johnson City, died in a local hospital today at 9:55 a.m. She had a fall Christmas day and broke her hip. She was a member of the Sun Rise View Christian Church.
She is survived by a son, Troy Owens, of Route 5, Johnson City; three daughters, Mrs. Lucy Wilson and Mrs. Myrtle Woody both of Route 3, Elizabethton, and Mrs. Julia Potter, of Route 2, Shell Creek; 30 grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.
The body will be moved to the home of the son today at 5:00 p.m. from the Chapel of the Tetrick Funeral Home.
