She was born December 7, 1956 to George Oxendine and Mary Vaughn Oxendine in Johnson City, Tennessee. Elizabeth was an Assistant Apartment Manager for 30 years and anyone who knew her loved her and said she was kind. Elizabeth was a loving mother and cherished friend. Elizabeth is survived by her son Chase Farrell and her granddaughter Rayne Elizabeth Farrell and loved them with all her heart. She is also survived by her sister Patsy Lee and her brother Richard Oxendine. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents George and Mary Oxendine, her sister Kathy Oxendine, and her brothers Wayne, Winston, Jerry, and Ronald. Elizabeth will be missed by everyone she knew and touched. Graveside burial service will be Friday, August 19, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Carr Cemetery, Watauga Road, Watauga Flats.
