  Notes	Joe Anderson, 74, Rt. 2, died Monday, Aug. 20, 1990, at the home of Joe Ester Wishon. He was a Washington County native and a son of the late Roy and Bertha Duncan Anderson. Mr. Anderson retired from Klopman Mills after 34 years. He was a member of Fairview Untied Methodist Church. Mr. Anderson was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Ruth Bacon Anderson, in 1980, and by a grandson, two brothers and two sisters. Survivors include one son: John Anderson, Jonesborough; one sister, Mrs. Viola Onks, Jonesbrough; one brother, Bill Anderson, Maryville; three grandsons, Robby, Jamey and Tony Anderson, all of Jonesborough; and several nieces and nephews.
