- She was the daughter of the late Nat and Nola Cochran Carver. Mrs. Hyder was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Hyder; a son, Glenn Hyder; an infant son, Delaney Hyder; a daughter, Sherry Grindstaff, and two brothers, Byrl and Earl Carver.
Mrs. Hyder was a member of Roan Street Freewill Baptist Church. She was a retired employee of Texas Instruments.
Graveside service was conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 27, 2003 in Happy Valley Memorial Park.
