  Notes	ELKHART - Emma Jean Grindstaff Cox, 85 years old, of Elkhart, formerly of Edwardsburg, passed July 17, 2015. She was born Nov. 23, 1929, in Elizabethton, TN, and moved here in 1952. She is survived by her children, O'Netta (James) Alber, Jerry Grindstaff and Jeff (Corrina) Grindstaff. There are 4 grandchildren and many great-grand-children. Also surviving are sisters, Carolyn Dozier, Sue Pirtle, Maxine Rust and Theresa (Dan) Riedl, and a brother, Jerry (Pam) Perry. The Service of Remembrance will be Tuesday, July 21, 2015, at 12 noon at the Paul E. Mayhew Funeral Home, Edwardsburg, where family and friends may gather for one hour before the service. Interment will follow at Edwardsburg Cemetery. Officiating will be Rev. Rick Pirtle, her nephew. Family who have passed are her parents, her son, Hal Grindstaff, and her daughter, Sherry Lynn Grindstaff.
