RAYMOND A. BUTTS, 914 Main Ave., died at the Washington County Hospital Monday at 1:30 p.m. following an illness of two years due to a heart condition, aged 60 years.
He was a former employee of the Western Maryland Railroad, having retired about five years ago. A member of Faith Temple, Cearfoss, he is survived by his wife, Mrs. Myrtle Mae (Harper) Butts and children: Mrs. Dewey E. Harvey, Smithsburg; Mrs. Cody W. McClain, Cavetown; Raymond F. Butts, Columbus, Ga.; Mrs. Andrew N. Michael, Tokyo, Japan; Ralph H. Butts, Hagerstown; Mrs. Leroy Barthlow, Downsville; and James E., Richard L., Ronald G. and Gerald M., all at home; 14 grandchildren.
