Ada Ross Tarrh was born January of 1874 in Rowan County, North Carolina to Martha Jane Cranford and Francis M. Tarrh. She was the 4th of seven children.

Siblings: George F., Mary A., Minnie Elizabeth, Roxanne, Jennie A, and John Murdock Tarrh.

She and William Robert Muse were married on October 29, 1902 in Rowan County, North Carolina by S.J.M. Brown, Episcopal Minister at the residence of her father, F.M. Tarrh. Witnesses were, J.P. Lentz, Stephen Kirk and A.E. Sentry.

Ada was the mother of Maynard H. Tarrh and Grace Tarrh Stube.

If any family members have knowledge of where her father is buried, please contact me. I do know where her mother is buried.

Her father Francis M. Tarrh and my 3x great-grandmother, Virginia Jane Tarrh Julian were siblings. In honor and respect of our ancestors I am so proud to maintain this memorial. Many thanks to the person who created it and thank you for transferring it to me.

2. Grace Muse was born about 1907.
