    Ethel Lou Deloach married second or third to C. C. Payne on December 31, 1944 in Attalla, Etowah County, Alabama. C. C. Payne was born Apr. 27, 1892 in Etowah Co., AL). Part of the information given was that his was his fourth marriage and he last divorced in 1943 in Gadsden, Etowah County, Alabama. C.C. Payne is the son of Joseph Payne and Milley Hopper Payne. Part of the information given for Ethel Lou Deloach was that this was her third marriage, and her last divorce was on Sept. 16, 1944 in Gadsden, Etowah County, Alabama.

    Ethel married Sam Belton DeLoach about 1916 in Chilton County, , , Alabama. Sam (son of William D.
