However, they were not mentioned in his will, and it appears that the ARRENDELLs took great care to mentionall of their children in their wills. In viewing the 1830 Carter County Census, which included all of Johnson County (founded in 1836), it also appears that more of the ARNOLD families lived in Carter County, while all of the ARRENDELLs lived in what would become Johnson County.
