David Watson

Notes:

After being married in Wake County, David and Mary moved to
Rutherford County, NC. In 1801, David purchased the land in Wilkes
County, NC that established the Watson family in the area north of the
Yadkin River. All the Watson families of Wilkes County trace their
ancestors to David and Mary. John Watson is possibly his father.
